INSULADD THERMALBLOCK Insulating Tank and Pipe Coating is a unique premium quality alkyd based ceramic enamel industrial coating formulated for a variety of pipe, tank, and duct exterior applications.

INSULADD THERMALBLOCK Tank and Pipe Coating is formulated as a high performance 100% acrylic coating based on new technologies using state-of-the-art, hybrid acrylic polymer resins. Its unique formulation provides the superior performance of alkyd type paint, including excellent flow and leveling characteristics as well as a hard tile-like finish that is resistant to alkali and chemical cleanings. INSULADD THERMALBLOCK Tank and Pipe Coating has been formulated as a Direct-to –Metal insulating industrial coating that is self priming on a variety of surfaces, including properly prepared metal surfaces. It is low VOC compliant, rust inhibitive, mildew, mold and stain resistant, non-yellowing, wear and chip as well as corrosion resistant! This environmentally safe product is suitable for both interior and exterior use.

Its special formulation offers superior heat rejection from radiant heat sources thereby reducing gas and liquid expansion and petroleum product evaporation from radiant heat induced temperature increases! Reduces temperature fluctuations and acts as a fluid applied insulation. Its toughness and durability resists abrasion, it has excellent scrub ability, resists sagging and has excellent leveling qualities for a smooth finish.
